1. Resume with at least three years of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry.

2. Letter of support from workplace for :  financial, time, and openness to new ideas.  If you are your own employer, please provide a letter of support from a peer or other employee.

3. Statement expressing your desire to learn culturally affirming cuisines.

Selection Committee will be Instructors, House of Bah Foundations Directors, and ICA faculty.
