Meet the latest Immigrant culinary Integration Cohort
We are delighted to celebrate Chef Pepin’s 90th birthday with a special prix fixe menu inspired by Chef Pepin’s recipe at Le Voltaire French Restaurants. Our own Executive Director and Chef Djamil Bah-Traore will work with Cedric Fichepain, a French chef who immigrated to Omaha in 2001 and opened the restaurant as well as current owner Chef Wilson Calixte, originally from Haiti.
